“TABATERRA CJSC” AND “PASHA BANK” HAVE DISTRIBUTED “TACIR” CARDS TO 5,000 RETAIL OUTLETS
PASHA Bank, Azerbaijan’s leading corporate financial institution, is continuing to promote cashless payments across the country.
Following the joint efforts of PASHA Bank and Tabaterra CJSC, one of the largest taxpayers outside of the oil sector, more than 5,000 retail outlets have been provided with the business card “Tacir kart”. This payment instrument has a wide range of functions and gives entrepreneurs the opportunity to not only optimize all costs of doing business, but also to make cashless payments more flexibly and transparently. Entrepreneurs can also make basic payments and pay VAT by card on the spot, without having to go to the bank.
According to Farid Guliyev, Director of the Corporate Banking Department, this project is one of the initiatives put forward by PASHA Bank, a proponent of the real sector of an economy, to ensure sustainable business development for their clients and to facilitate more streamlined business processes.
“This card allows business relationships to expand between parties involved in trade processes. It’s now possible to carry out transactions more easily and flexibly, and above all, in a cashless manner while ensuring the security of payments”, said Guliyev.
“Tacir kart” allows cardholders to make cashless payments in trading and service enterprises in Azerbaijan and about 200 countries around the world, as well as allowing on-line payments. Considering the countrywide infrastructure that has been developed, we invite all distributor companies to use this product to be able to conduct all their trading activities without cash.
